Job summary

DuPont is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Specialist to support our Valley View, Stow, and Copley facilities. You will serve as the on-site RN leader, promoting employee health, safety, and wellness while coordinating medical services across three sites in the greater Cleveland area.

The role requires an active RN license, 5 years of RN experience with industrial exposure, and proficiency in EMR systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• A minimum of 5 years of RN experience; 3+ years in an industrial/plant setting strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site medical operations across three Ohio facilities.
• Deliver hands-on first aid and assess when physician treatment is needed.
• Administer care under physician direction and immunizations as allowed.
• Champion employee wellness and health coaching.
• Conduct medical testing (vision, hearing, spirometry) for clearance and screening.
• Coordinate pre-assignment health assessments and surveillance.
• Oversee case management, record-keeping, and disability processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and applicable regs.
• Coordinate injury/illness care and workers' compensation coordination.
• Provide after-hours on-call support and participate on floor rounds.
