Pilgrim’s is seeking an Occupational Health Professional-LPN to serve as the first point of care for employees at our on-site nurse’s station. You will provide routine and emergency medical attention, perform health assessments, and manage medical records in a fast-paced production environment.

You will support safety initiatives, wellness programs, and documentation for OSHA compliance while responding to incidents on the floor.

Qualifications

• Current CPR/First Aid/AED card required.
• Prefer 1+ years’ nursing experience; graduate nurses considered.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site nursing care within scope and protocols.
• Respond promptly to workplace and general health issues.
• Conduct health screenings and manage health records for OSHA/state compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality of health information.
• Support safety, ergonomic initiatives and wellness programs.
• Assist with workers’ compensation documentation.
