Job summary

Pilgrim’s Occupational Health Professional-LPN is based on-site at our nurse’s station, delivering both routine and emergency medical care for employees. You will conduct health assessments, manage medical records, and respond to incidents on the production floor to keep a safe, healthy workplace.

Responsibilities include health screenings, maintaining confidentiality, supporting wellness programs, and assisting with workers’ compensation documentation, with a schedule Monday–Friday and some

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted state license as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse.
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED card required. Pilgrim’s will facilitate urine drug screen and breath alcohol collections.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site medical care within nursing scope and protocols.
• Respond promptly to workplace and general health issues.
• Perform health screenings (drug/alcohol tests, spirometry, audiometry).
• Maintain accurate health records for OSHA and state compliance.
• Ensure confidentiality in all health matters.
• Support safety and ergonomic initiatives.
• Assist with wellness programs and employee health education.
• Help manage and document workers’ compensation cases.
