Job summary

Unify Health Services in Wisconsin is seeking an Athletic Trainer, PTA, or OT assistant to provide on-site occupational health services in an industrial setting. The role focuses on injury prevention, ergonomics, job coaching, and post-injury support using established clinical and safety protocols; hands-on, outside a traditional clinic.

Licensed clinicians will work with employees, perform POETs/PATs, ergonomic assessments, and support return-to-work programs, with a strong emphasis on safety

Qualifications

• Active valid professional licensure in the state you are applying.
• Valid BLS and CPR certifications.
• Experience in outpatient clinical setting.
• Proficiency in outpatient clinical skills, first responder skills, and musculoskeletal education.
• Familiarity with workplace safety and OSHA guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site injury prevention and occupational health services.
• Conduct POETs and PATs.
• Perform ergonomic assessments and physical demand analyses.
• Provide job coaching, stretching, posture, and safe work technique education.
• Support return-to-work and transitional duty programs.
• Document services and track outcomes.
• Collaborate with supervisors, safety teams, and management.
