Job summary

Unify Health Services seeks licensed clinicians to deliver on-site occupational health in an industrial setting, focusing on injury prevention, ergonomics, job coaching and post-injury support.

Location is Tomahawk, WI with a full-time schedule, Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–6:30 PM, in a hands-on on-site environment. Valid state licensure and BLS/CPR certification are required, with outpatient experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure in state you are applying (required).
• Valid BLS and CPR certifications (required).
• Experience in outpatient clinical settings and musculoskeletal education.
• Familiarity with workplace safety, OSHA guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site injury prevention and occupational health services.
• Conduct POETs and Physical Ability Tests (PATs).
• Perform ergonomic assessments and physical demand analyses.
• Provide job coaching, stretching, posture, and safe work technique education.
• Support return-to-work and transitional duty programs.
• Document services and track outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with supervisors, safety teams, and management.
