Confidential NYC construction and development firm seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function and partner with ownership on strategy. You will own controls, close processes, banking, and systems while guiding a high-growth, well-capitalized organization.

With 45+ years of experience and a $3B+ built portfolio, the CFO will drive scalable finance policy and build strong internal controls across multiple entities, while shaping the next growth phase.

Competenze

• 15+ years of vertical construction accounting/finance experience.
• Public accounting background a plus; CPA desirable.
• Strong track record building construction accounting processes and internal controls.
• Proficiency across construction ERP systems; Sage 300 preferred.
• Outstanding communication and team-building skills.

Mansioni

• Lead the finance department, coordinating across development, operations, risk management, and executive leadership.
• Plan, manage, and coordinate all financial functions across the organization.
• Lead negotiations and manage relationships with sureties and banks.
• Deliver timely, accurate analysis of budgets, results, and forecasts.
• Oversee all transactional accounting: AR, AP, payroll, and job costing.
• Drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual close and financial reporting.
• Oversee regulatory reporting, accounting policy, and all audits.
