The CFO will oversee accounting operations, close processes, job costing, cash flow, and strategic partnership with ownership and senior leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA/MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial leadership experience.
• Strong construction-industry experience with job costing, WIP reporting, and project accounting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and construction contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Direct all accounting functions and ensure timely financial statements.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes and reconciliations.
• Oversee construction accounting, job costing, WIP reporting and project profitability.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and treasury activities.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and meaningful financial analysis.
