Job summary

Newton-Wellesley Hospital's Occupational Health Services seeks a Nurse Practitioner to support the office on a full-time basis. Clinic hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with no nights, weekends, or holidays required.

The NP will promote employee health by conducting exams, managing care for work-related illnesses, and coordinating with Human Resources and leadership to ensure a safe workplace across the hospital community.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing required.
• Certificate/Diploma in Nursing required.
• 3 years clinical experience with occupational emphasis; 1-2 years admin/management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide episodic and occupational health care to employees.
• Conduct preplacement physical examinations and assess fitness for job placement.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and other departments to promote wellness and safety.
