Job summary

AERMOR LLC is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator II to support the NSWC PCD RDT&E network and government servers in Panama City, FL. The role focuses on installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades of hardware and software components.

The candidate will ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability by applying server and network administration, security compliance, and performance monitoring. DoD RMF and STIG adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in server and network administration.
• Familiarity with STIGs and RMF processes.
• Monitoring and improving system performance.
• Ability to work with DoD IT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, and maintain workstations, servers, and network components.
• Support virtualization infrastructure including VMware, Windows, Linux, and Cisco systems.
• Perform application additions, relocations, and removals as needed.
• Administer server-based systems, security devices, distributed applications, network storage, backups, and messaging.
• Implement STIGs and maintain baseline system security per policies.
• Monitor and troubleshoot systems for network security and reliability.
• Ensure RMF and NAVSEA/Navy requirements compliance.
• Collaborate with government personnel on security and standards.
