Job summary

Empower AI seeks a Network and Systems Administrator to deliver on-site IT support for the U.S. Army Print and Media Distribution Division in Overland, MO. The role emphasizes configuring Cisco routers/switches, VPNs, and Firepower, while maintaining VMware ESXi/vCenter and Windows servers.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience.
• 2–7 years of experience in IT support, network, or systems administration.
• US Citizen with Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Experience with Cisco routers, switches, wireless access points, and wireless controllers.
• Experience with VPN configuration and firewall administration.
• VMware ESXi and vCenter administration; Windows server experience.
• Knowledge of STIG/SRG/RMF compliance and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time, on-site IT support for the Army division.
• Configure and manage Cisco network infrastructure and VPNs.
• Administer VMware ESXi, ESXi, and vCenter environments.
• Manage Windows servers and directory services (LDAP, RADIUS, certificate auth).
• Support security compliance activities per STIG/SRG/RMF.
