Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise or carrier-grade networks.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, WAN, MPLS, and security technologies.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python or Go.
• Experience building network automation with Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD.
• Familiar with packet capture and protocol analysis tools like Wireshark.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and support complex enterprise and carrier-grade network environments.
• Analyze Layer 2/3 issues across LAN, WAN, and data center infrastructure.
• Design, develop, and maintain network automation frameworks to reduce manual work.
• Develop automation pipelines integrating network infra with DevOps practices.
• Create CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, validation, deployment, and rollback of network configurations.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, and DevOps teams for service delivery.
