Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Network Support Analyst in Salt Lake City, UT to join the Network Operations and Engineering team. You will design, develop, and maintain network automation frameworks, supporting enterprise-grade environments and driving automation initiatives.

The role emphasizes scripting in Python/Go/Bash, IaC with Ansible and Terraform, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and reliability within a forward-thinking organization.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise or service provider network environments.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SNMP.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting routing, switching, WAN, and MPLS.
• Strong scripting and programming skills in Python, Go, Bash, or Shell.
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain network automation frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support, troubleshoot, and automate complex enterprise and carrier-grade network environments.
• Create automation solutions using Python, Go, or Shell.
