Job summary

Stanley Martin Homes is seeking a Neighborhood Construction Manager (NCM) to lead all on-site activities in the assigned neighborhood. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure quality and safety, coordinate with trade partners, and communicate with homebuyers and internal teams to keep projects on schedule.

You will manage material reviews, selections, and site logistics while collaborating with sales, purchasing, and construction teams to deliver high-quality homes on time.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire construction process at your assigned neighborhood, from start to finish.
• Be the on-site leader ensuring quality control, safety, and efficient operations.
• Coordinate trade partners, inspections, materials, and scheduling to meet timelines.
