Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for Paisano Green in El Paso, TX. The role requires performing repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of apartment systems, with on-site responsibilities and the ability to respond to after-hours emergencies.

Two years of maintenance experience are required; HVAC/EPA certifications are preferred, and a background/drug screening is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs, troubleshoots systems, and completes preventative maintenance.
• On-site basic repairs including HVAC, appliances, water heaters, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day when scheduled.
• Inspects and coordinates with subcontractors, maintains inventory and records maintenance requests.
