Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for an on-site role in Marietta, GA. You will perform general and advanced maintenance, respond to resident requests, and participate in preventative maintenance to keep properties in top condition.

Responsibilities include using hand tools, lifting up to 100 pounds, climbing ladders, and working on-call when required. Refrigeration certification and CPO may be required depending on location.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years maintenance experience in multifamily properties.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
• Refrigeration certification (Type 2 or universal) required.
• CPO certification preferred or as required by state/location.
• Valid driver's license with dependable transportation; no major violations.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and higher level maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances).
• Respond promptly to resident service requests and on-call shifts when needed.
• Participate in preventative maintenance including pool, lighting, and inspections.
• Keep work area and equipment clean; manage inventory of supplies.
• Utilize tools and test equipment; climb ladders and handle heavy lifting as required.
