Job summary

SunRidge Management Group in Texas is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant for an on-site apartment community. You will greet prospects, qualify needs, present floor plans and amenities, process applications, and help achieve occupancy goals while delivering friendly, professional service.

You will support resident relations, handle communications, renewals, notices, and maintain leasing files with accurate records. Weekend availability is required, and knowledge of Yardi or OneSite is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leasing or sales experience in LIHTC/Section 8 and multifamily housing preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, ADA, and leasing compliance (or training within 90 days).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (Yardi or OneSite) preferred.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ability to work weekends and occasional holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects warmly, qualify needs, and guide tours of available apartments.
• Present features and benefits including floor plans, amenities, and neighborhood offerings.
• Process applications and leasing documents per standards and guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and contribute marketing ideas.
• Perform outreach marketing and participate in resident/community events.
• Promote outstanding customer service and assist with communications, renewals, notices to vacate, and satisfaction efforts.
