Qualifications

• Professional experience in carpentry or residential remodeling.
• Positive attitude and customer-friendly interaction.
• Desire to serve others with kindness and respect.
• Hands-on skills across drywall, carpentry, electrical/plumbing.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of residential repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects with a focus on quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Install and repair interior and exterior doors, windows, trim, and other finish carpentry elements.
• Diagnose and complete structural and cosmetic wood rot repairs using proper building practices.
• Complete drywall repairs, texture matching, interior and exterior painting, flooring repairs, and other general carpentry projects.
• Perform light plumbing and electrical work, including fixture replacements, faucets, toilets, ceiling fans, switches, and outlets.
• Build and repair decks, stairs, railings, fencing, siding, and other exterior components.
• Troubleshoot issues in the field, identify the root cause, and communicate repair options clearly and professionally with homeowners.
