You will perform a wide range of residential repairs—carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, and light remodeling—plus basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting, while sometimes leading small crews.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in home remodeling, maintenance, or residential trades.
• Strong, hands-on skills across carpentry, drywall, painting, and related trades.
• Own set of hand and power tools suitable for residential maintenance.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to local job sites.
• Clear, professional communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems independently and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Complete a wide range of residential and light commercial repairs, including carpentry, drywall patching, painting, tile installation, and general home maintenance.
• Handle basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting, such as replacing fixtures, repairing leaks, or updating outlets.
• Evaluate projects on-site, estimate material needs, and explain solutions clearly to homeowners.
• Coordinate and lead small crews on larger, multi-day projects when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at every job site.
