Newcoast Financial Services is seeking a Titling Specialist to manage title and registration paperwork for RVs, vessels, trailers, and marine units across multiple states.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure compliant, timely processing and maintain auditable deal files while delivering excellent service to customers and partners.

This on-site, full-time role based in Oldsmar, FL offers growth in a regulated, customer-focused environment.

Responsabilidades

• Process title and registration docs for new/used vessels, RVs, trailers across multiple states.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency titling regulations.
• Maintain complete, organized customer deal files with auditable documentation.
• Communicate professionally with customers, tag offices, state agencies, and federal offices to resolve title questions.
• Provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders on title status and requirements.
• Maintain and improve systems tracking file transfers, document status, and pending title work.
• Support Marine Agents and other partners as needed.
• Continuously expand knowledge in processing title work across additional states.
• Perform other duties to support department and company goals.
