Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Title Clerk in the United States to handle motor vehicle title work, state registrations, and related legal documents. The role requires organization and attention to detail in maintaining accurate files and records.

You will process title acquisitions, lien payoffs, and title transfers while ensuring timely registratons and inventory records in IDS. Strong communication skills and knowledge of title requirements across states are important for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in title work.
• Familiarity with DMV rules and requirements is helpful.
• Knowledge of title requirements across US states is beneficial.
• Knowledge of state tax codes and sales tax for multi-states is preferred.

Job description

As a Title Clerk you will primarily be responsible for handling information regarding motor vehicle registration and process legal documents and other state-required documents. Title clerks must be organized, and detail oriented in handling files and maintaining documents.

What You'll Do

What You'll Need To Have For The Role

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years' experience in title work
• Working knowledge/understanding of title requirements in every state of the U.S. is helpful
• Familiarity with DMV rules and requirements
• Knowledge of loan origination functions mandatory
• Knowledge of State Tax Codes
• Knowledge of Sales Tax for multi states
• Microsoft office experience preferred
• Detailed oriented and well organized
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.

Pay Range

$17.53-$21.03 Hourly
