Job summary

Software Methods is seeking a full-time Multi-State Licensed Pharmacist to join our Deerfield Beach, FL team on-site. The Pharmacist in Charge will oversee dispensing, licensure across states, and regulatory compliance while ensuring patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate holds an active pharmacist license in multiple states and can manage collaborations with clinicians, insurers, and internal teams to optimize therapy and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing in multiple U.S. states (minimum of 12 or more preferred).
• Ability to obtain additional state licenses as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and dispense prescription medications in accordance with federal and state pharmacy laws.
• Maintain active pharmacist licensure in multiple states and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate prescriptions for accuracy, interactions, allergies, and contraindications.
• Provide clinical consultation and medication counseling to patients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize outcomes.
• Oversee pharmacy staff to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support prior authorizations, formulary reviews, and insurance access.
