The ideal candidate holds active licensure in Texas and seven additional states, with strong regulatory knowledge and commitment to patient safety. Responsibilities include supervising multi-state operations, validating compounding prescriptions, and ensuring adherence to USP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Texas and at least seven additional states.
• Proven knowledge of USP <795>, <797>, and <800>.
• Experience with multi-state pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance.
• On-site work near Carrollton, TX.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-state pharmacy operations ensuring regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
• Review, validate, and dispense compounding prescriptions independently.
• Ensure daily operations align with SOPs and compounding regulations.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of USP <795>, <797>, and <800> guidelines.
• Collaborate with lab and QA teams to maintain safety and efficacy.
