Job summary

PharmCo Rx in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge to lead our pharmacy team, oversee clinical operations, and ensure regulatory compliance while focusing on patient outcomes. The PIC will supervise staff, manage dispensing, immunizations, and controlled substances, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and patients to deliver safe, effective care.

This leadership role requires experience in pharmacy management and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Three or more years of clinical pharmacy experience.
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of employment; licensure in additional states eligible.
• At least one year of pharmacy management experience.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Availability to work scheduled hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
• Ability to sit and stand intermittently; lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
