Job summary

Jobot is seeking multiple experienced Superintendents to support upcoming multifamily and mixed-use projects based out of North Denver, CO. The role focuses on leading on-site construction, coordinating trades, and maintaining schedules.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of GC Superintendent experience, strong wood-frame multifamily knowledge, and on-site availability. OSHA 30 and LEED credentials are a plus, with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Superintendent with a general contractor.
• Strong background delivering wood-frame multifamily projects.
• Experience supervising multiple subcontractor trades on active jobsite environments.
• Comfortable working full-time on site from a jobsite trailer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus.
• Experience in multifamily, affordable housing, and residential construction is a plus.
• Estimating or preconstruction exposure is a plus.
• OSHA 30 and LEED credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for assigned projects, including self-perform and subcontracted work.
• Supervise field staff and all subcontractor trades to ensure schedule, quality, and productivity targets are met.
• Develop, maintain, and drive the project master schedule and daily work plans.
• Coordinate material deliveries, inspections, commissioning, and site logistics.
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for ownership, design teams, and internal project leadership.
• Review drawings and specifications, identify constructability concerns, and resolve field issues in real time.
• Enforce quality control standards and project documentation requirements.
• Promote and enforce site safety programs, conduct jobsite inspections, and lead safety meetings.
• Complete performance feedback for field personnel and support workforce planning.
• Support preconstruction, estimating, and project handoff activities as needed.
