Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Mobile Device Repair Technician to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics at customer locations using a company-provided van.

You will deliver high-quality on-site repairs with a focus on convenience and service, educate customers on protection options, and manage daily routes and inventory inside your mobile workspace. This is a field-based, independent role with training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, hands-on mechanical work, or retail/customer service.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company repair van to customer locations to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics.
• Deliver high-quality, convenient on-site repairs while ensuring a great customer experience.
• Educate customers on device protection plans, accessories, and support options.
