Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities operations experience.
• 3+ years’ supervisory experience in facilities operations.
• Experience operating and maintaining power generation, chilled water plants, and large-scale facilities equipment.
• Experience managing preventive maintenance programs and critical spares inventory for mission-essential equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for reports and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site Manager responsible for all facilities operations and maintenance across the site.
• Direct, supervise and develop multi-disciplinary O&M teams (24/7) and ensure staffing, scheduling and response.
• Oversee operation, maintenance, testing and troubleshooting of power generation, chilled water, HVAC, boilers, pumps, switchgear and related equipment.
• Manage PM programs for critical and non-critical equipment to minimize mission interruptions.
• Integrate new construction into maintenance programs and coordinate SATs and commissioning.
• Provide timely notices and briefs to Government Points of Contact and site management.
