Amentum is seeking a Mission Critical Construction Manager to lead on-site datacenter projects from dawn start. You will coordinate internal and subcontractor crews across BMS, EPMS, mechanical, electrical, and structural scopes.

The role emphasizes safety, scheduling, and coordination with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate has strong field management experience in live datacenters, an ability to read system diagrams, and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in mission critical and data center construction field management.
• Experience running crews in live datacenter environments.
• Ability to read one-line diagrams and P&ID/BMS diagrams.
• OSHA30 Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support internal and subcontractor teams on mission critical renovation/upgrade projects.
• Maintain safe working environment and champion safety culture.
• Provide technical direction and support for field crews in daily activities.
• Provide construction and schedule updates to project management.
