Aufgaben

• Own last-mile delivery across Midwest markets and oversee hub-to-door execution.
• Match supply with demand and maintain cold chain on all deliveries.
• Oversee routing and performance of delivery partners across sites.
• Run sites with regular metric reviews, SOP audits, and KPI tracking.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain a large hourly driver workforce.
• Launch new Midwest markets and staff ahead of volume.
