Qualifikationen

• Experience configuring and deploying computers.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service.
• Ability to work on-site full-time at Arlington HQ.

• Administer Microsoft 365 user accounts, licenses, and access.
• Support Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID.
• Configure Windows and mobile devices with Intune MDM.
• Manage MFA, Defender, Conditional Access policies.
• Provide Level 2 IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Deploy laptops/desktops and manage IT assets.
• Assist with security policies and incident escalation.
