Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations in Mesa, AZ. This on-site role oversees recruitment, benefits, employee relations, training, and compliance, driving the people strategy for a high-visibility live events portfolio.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will implement policies, manage Workday processes, and coordinate onboarding and performance reviews while ensuring legal adherence and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years HR experience.
• Experience administering benefits programs.
• Workday experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows Legends Global HR policies to ensure legal compliance and government reporting.
• Administers HR plans and procedures for facility personnel.
• Manages recruitment: advertising, interviewing, selecting candidates.
• Plans and conducts new employee orientations.
• Maintains records for benefits, hires, promotions and performance reviews.
• Coordinates training for managers on interviewing, hiring and performance management.
• Advises on employee relations issues and EEOC concerns.
• Responds to policy and program inquiries.
• Administers pay and benefits programs.
• Involves exit interviews and separation documentation.
