Job summary

ALLY Construction Services is seeking a Superintendent to lead on-site project administration on our NJ campus sites. You will coordinate field activities, ensure work aligns with design and budget, and drive timely completion with safety first principles.

The role requires 5–10 years of superintendent experience in commercial construction, strong communication, and a team-oriented mindset. On-site work with regular site meetings and collaboration across teams is expected.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• US work eligibility and valid driver’s license.
• Lean construction practices a plus.
• Experience with complex Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing infrastructure is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as field contact with architects, engineers, consultants, officials, and customers.
• Supervise field construction to meet design, budget, schedule, and objectives.
• Lead safety programs and conduct on-site meetings with subcontractors and vendors.
• Prepare daily field and safety reports and distribute to the office.
• Maintain contract documents and ensure red-line as-builts are up to date.
• Mentor Assistant Construction Superintendents and coordinate with Project Managers.
