Job summary

AECOM is seeking a skilled MEP project manager for an on-site role at our New York location. You will define scope, coordinate across architectural, structural, and civil teams, and drive design reviews to resolve issues and RFIs.

Proficiency in CMIC and BIM coordination is preferred, with a strong adherence to codes and client standards. Applicants should hold a BS in Construction Management and have substantial MEP construction management experience.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of MEP construction management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, deliverables, and execution strategy for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing in alignment with overall project goals.
• Schedule and run design reviews, manage interdisciplinary coordination (architectural, structural, civil), and close design issues and RFIs.
• Participate with BIM coordination and clash detection for MEP systems; ensure models and shop drawings reflect current design and field conditions.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client specifications.
