Job summary

Gilbane Building seeks an experienced MEP Manager to define the MEP execution process and oversee all MEP staff on a single large construction project staged on-site in Kenosha, WI, with occasional travel for trainings and meetings.

The right candidate leads with a coaching, inclusive style, drives safety and quality, and collaborates with owners and stakeholders to align schedules, budgets, and performance on complex MEP installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 10–15 years related field experience.
• OSHA 30 hour certification.

Responsibilities

• Approves MEP schedules and commissioning plans.
• Oversees MEP coordination and BIM processes.
• Governs MEP subcontracting strategies and scopes of work.
• Directs quality assurance for all MEP work on site.
• Ensures safety culture and incident-free environment.
