State Employees Credit Union of New Mexico is seeking a Call Center Representative to handle inbound member inquiries from the Santa Fe public-access lines. You will act as a switchboard, forward calls as needed, and provide accurate information on accounts and services.

The role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to process routine transactions, and a proactive, member-centric approach to service, while ensuring compliance with credit union policies.

Qualificações

• Minimum 12 months credit union experience or related experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle member questions and maintain professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Promptly answer inbound phone calls and provide professional, single-stop service to members in need of account information.
• Represent the Credit Union to members in a courteous, professional manner and process transactions accurately.
• Perform routine transactions: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and order checks/ATM/debit cards.
• Recommend SECU NM products and services to meet member needs.
• Accurately post phone transactions and mail receipts and account forms as per policy.
• Provide information on Credit Union services or policies by phone; route questions to proper personnel.
• Research accounts for discrepancies and assist members with balancing accounts.
• Assist with payroll deductions and direct deposit setup and distribution.
• Comply with policies/regulations including USA Patriot Act, BSA, CIP, Reg J.
