Job summary

Industrious is seeking a Member Experience Manager in Boca Raton, FL. This in-person role requires a strong connection with members, a knack for coordinating details, and a drive to deliver exceptional daily experiences on site.

You will identify member needs, craft engaging programming, and help represent Industrious in the local market while organizing events behind the scenes to make each day extraordinary.

Qualifications

• Perform repetitive tasks requiring frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods throughout the day.
• Capable of operating machines / appliances as necessary, including printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives, kitchen utensils, etc.
• Participate in food preparation and cleaning duties, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, including the use of cleaning chemicals, and equipment.
• Ensure work areas are kept in a sanitary condition and all safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities

• Own the location's operations as the Member Experience Manager, coordinating details and communications for smooth daily operations.
• Engage with members and the local business community to identify potential members and deliver exceptional days at work.
• Lead consultative sales by uncovering and solving members' needs.
• Plan and execute events; coordinate behind-the-scenes efforts to make them happen.
• Represent Industrious in the local market with professionalism.
