Location is Chattanooga, TN. This is a Direct Hire position. Responsibilities include administering health questionnaires, documenting patient notes, creating patient calendars, and maintaining a professional demeanor with patients and staff.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a fast-paced medical practice.
• Certified nursing credentials preferred (CNA/CMA/LPN).
• Strong HIPAA knowledge and confidentiality required.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
