Our client is seeking a fully on-site Office Assistant for their medical office to join their team. The Office Assistant works closely with patients in a busy clinic setting to complete health assessments. Pay is $26.00-$28.00/hr.

Location is Chattanooga, TN. This is a Direct Hire position. Responsibilities include administering health questionnaires, documenting patient notes, creating patient calendars, and maintaining a professional demeanor with patients and staff.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in a fast-paced medical practice.
• Certified nursing credentials preferred (CNA/CMA/LPN).
• Strong HIPAA knowledge and confidentiality required.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Work closely with patients to administer health questioners and assessments.
• Document patient notes and create patient activity calendars.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with patients, staff, and providers
• Communicate with supervisors regarding any issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a fast-paced medical practice.
• CNA, CMA, LPN or similar certification strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance standards.
• Must show high level of personal integrity and ability to maintain confidential information
• Well organized and be able to thrive in a highly independent working environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft based software and various web-based software and technology
