Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum six months MLT experience in two hospital lab sections (CLIA defined).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderately complex and complex tests in hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, microbiology, and serology.
• Maintain daily QC and documentation; ensure results are released appropriately.
• Train new team members and participate in competency programs.
• Communicate clearly with coworkers and patients, following HIPAA guidelines.
