Responsibilities

• Execute core billing cycle processes (collections, payment posting, charge review, reconciliation).
• Review and manage claim denials, resubmissions, appeals, and follow-ups across programs.
• Perform insurance verification and benefit determination, resolving coverage discrepancies.
• Utilize CPT/diagnosis codes, allowables, co-pays, deductibles to maximize reimbursement.
• Assist clients with inquiries via phone and email; provide front desk support.
