WorldClinic, Inc. is recruiting a Health & Wellness Specialist (On-Site EMT/Medic) to support jobsite workers with injury prevention, on-site medical care, and coordination with clinical teams.

This is a field-based role with a proactive, independent work style backed by a clinical support team. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in emergency/occupational medicine, BLS/CPR/First Aid certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• BLS, CPR, First Aid required; EMT/NREMT preferred.
• 3–4 years in emergency, occupational, military medicine or similar field.
• Must be able to walk jobsite for up to 5 hours daily.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Conduct patient assessments, administer first aid, and provide guided treatment under provider direction.
• Support comprehensive case management through patient follow-ups, referrals, and ongoing care coordination.
• Foster strong relationships with patients, on-site staff, and healthcare providers for optimal care and communication.
• Serve as a resource for psychosocial support with a peer support approach for site personnel.
• Lead injury prevention initiatives, including stretch and flex programs and ergonomic coaching.
• Accurately document patient interactions and care in the EHR system.
• Ensure the on-site medical facility remains clean, organized, and stocked with essential supplies.
• Collaborate with jobsite safety teams by supporting orientations, trainings, and additional assignments.
