Job summary

WorldClinic, Inc. is seeking a part-time Health & Wellness Specialist (On-Site EMT/Medic) to support jobsite workers with injury prevention, on-site medical care, and coordination with clinical teams.

This role operates in Aurora, CO, with a 7a–5p shift on Mondays and Tuesdays and pays $24 per hour. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years in emergency or occupational medicine, BLS/CPR/First Aid certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS, CPR, First Aid certified required; EMT/NREMT preferred.
• 3–4 years in emergency, occupational, military medicine, or similar field.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, independent work environments.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and teamwork.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to walk the jobsite up to 5 hours daily; lift 25–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and provide first aid under provider direction.
• Support case management through follow-ups, referrals, and coordination.
• Foster trusting relationships with patients, staff, and providers.
• Serve as a psychosocial support resource using a peer support model.
• Lead injury prevention initiatives, including stretch/flex and ergonomic coaching.
• Document patient interactions in the EHR system.
• Ensure on-site medical facility is clean, stocked, and organized.
• Collaborate with safety teams during orientations and trainings.
