WorldClinic, Inc. is seeking a Health & Wellness Specialist (On-Site EMT/Medic) to support jobsite workers with injury prevention, on-site medical care, and coordination with clinical teams in Clewiston, FL.

The role requires a high school diploma, BLS/CPR/First Aid, EMT preferred, 3–4 years in emergency or occupational medicine, and a valid driver's license; you will work Mon-Fri 7a-5p and be responsible for maintaining the on-site facility and documentation in the EHR.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
• BLS, CPR, First Aid certifications required.
• EMT/NREMT certification preferred.
• 3–4 years in emergency, occupational, military medicine, or similar field.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to walk jobsite up to 5 hours daily; lift 25–50 lbs.

• Conduct patient assessments, administer first aid, and provide guided treatment.
• Support case management through follow-ups, referrals, and ongoing care coordination.
• Document patient interactions and care in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Maintain on-site medical facility cleanliness and stock of supplies.
• Collaborate with safety teams on orientations and trainings.
