Job summary

V R Della Infotech Inc is seeking a Mechanical Field Technician to work on-site at a single customer location in California. The role focuses on hands-on maintenance and repairs of mechanical equipment, with a strong emphasis on customer-facing service and on-site support.

Responsibilities include on-site repairs using basic hand tools, performing maintenance tasks, training in-house staff when needed, and providing technical guidance.

Qualifications

• High School degree; Associate degree preferred in technology.
• Broad knowledge of mechanical hand tools and principles.
• Ability to use PC applications including Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience using tablets to complete work orders and communicate.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal direction.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and carry up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• On-site repairs, maintenance, and service tasks with basic tools.
• Provide technical guidance and training to in-house staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
