Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred in technology fields.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical hand tools and principles.
• Experience with PC applications (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to use iPads to complete work orders and communication.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site repairs, maintenance and service tasks using basic hand tools and conduct product demonstrations.
• Provide maintenance support and training to in-house maintenance staff.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise; perform other duties as assigned.
