Job summary

Redtree is seeking an on-site Mechanical Engineering Support professional to serve as a mechanical technical resource for local project managers, installing contractors, mechanical vendors, and QA/QC providers on active data center construction projects in Texas.

Working with the DCS Mechanical Engineer, you will support issue resolution, hands-on troubleshooting, and critical commissioning activities across mechanical systems, including CHW/FOAK equipment, valves, and fuel systems, ensuring

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction or industrial facilities.
• Knowledge of P&IDs, single-line diagrams, and sequences of operations.
• Experience supervising mechanical installation, bolting, torquing, and hydrostatic tests.
• Ability to provide input to subcontractors and vendors for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the mechanical technical resource for project teams on active data center sites.
• Assist with issue resolution, hands-on troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with the DCE-ME for troubleshooting and repair plans.
• Verify field installations align with drawings and specs.
