Qualifications

• Minimum five years of mechanical construction experience required.
• Specific experience in industrial and/or high-tech semiconductor manufacturing projects is required.
• LEED Accredited Professional preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hvac/exhaust subcontractor installation work daily.
• Coordinate MEP systems with project design.
• Run startup meetings and coordinate mechanical systems startup activities.

Skills

Experience in cleanroom environments

Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office 365

Experience with project management software

Experience with design software

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Education

High School diploma or GED

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
