Job summary

Lexington Manufacturing, LLC is seeking a Materials Supervisor for our Coon Rapids, MN facility. The role oversees material flow, inventory control, and warehouse supervision to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

You will partner with production, procurement, and logistics to optimize processes, reduce waste, and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment. On-site position with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or warehousing.
• Familiar with automated shipping routines, MRP software, and forklift operation.
• LEAN manufacturing knowledge and continuous improvement is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of materials through the facility and manage inventory.
• Maintain high standards of quality within warehouses and departments.
• Provide supervision to all warehouse personnel and coordinate with production.
