Job summary

Spartronics in Logan, UT is seeking a Materials Planner III to align materials, production schedules, and customer needs on-site. You will work with Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Engineering to identify risks and drive recovery plans, ensuring on-time delivery of high-reliability electronics.

Ideal candidates have extensive material planning experience, ERP/MRP expertise, and strong analytical and communication skills for a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering material and production plans aligned with demand and supply constraints.
• Strong ability to identify risks, shortages, and coordinate recovery actions.
• Proven collaboration across Supply Chain, Purchasing, Engineering, and Production.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and adjust material and production plans based on demand and supplier performance.
• Support Master Production Schedule (MPS) and manufacturing priorities with Master Scheduler.
• Review, release, and maintain work orders ensuring ERP/MRP data accuracy.
• Monitor material availability, shortages, inventory levels, backlog, and supplier delivery performance.
• Coordinate planning activities for engineering changes, obsolescence, RMAs, and new product introductions.
• Communicate constraints, impacts, and recovery plans to internal teams and customers.
