Job summary

Recruiting is seeking a Materials Associate for a 6-month contract in Santa Ana, CA, with on-site work and potential conversion to full-time. The role supports a high-volume warehouse with emphasis on inventory accuracy, shipping/receiving, and material flow.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years warehouse experience, forklift exposure, and comfort using ERP/WMS systems, with a flexible schedule and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This role requires US citizenship and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift and overtime as needed.
• On-site in Santa Ana or Costa Mesa, CA.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable entering inventory transactions on a computer.
• Proficient spoken and written English.
• Flexible schedule and shifts may change.
• Eligible for U.S. security clearance; active clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipping and receiving at Santa Ana and/or Costa Mesa locations.
• Identify and pull products; pack and crate materials.
• Label, load, and secure shipments; move materials between sites.
• Complete cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain inventory locations and report shortages.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as applicable.
• Courier inventory between locations as needed.
• Expedite material movement based on schedules.
• Support a fast-paced warehouse environment, safety-focused.
