Job summary

Hikinex is seeking a Materials Associate to join a high-volume warehouse team serving Santa Ana and Costa Mesa, CA. The role emphasizes inventory control, material movement, and timely shipping, with a strong focus on accuracy and process improvements.

The position is on-site, 6-month contract with potential for conversion. Candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work a 1st or 2nd shift, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Able to operate forklifts and material-handling equipment (training/certification preferred).
• Comfortable using computers to enter transactions and communicate via tools like Slack.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipping and receiving at Santa Ana and Costa Mesa locations.
• Prepare finished stock for shipment—identify, pull, pack, label, and load materials.
• Transact movement of materials between sites and stage finished products for distribution.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory locations.
